Mods available for Oppo BDP 103/105
Mods are now available for Oppo BDP 103/105 AU Blu-Ray players to allow them to play blu-ray’s from anywhere in the world.
The (internal) ProKit modification that we are supplying is performed by an approved Oppo repairer in Auckland and doesn’t void the Oppo’s warranty, unlike other online only retailers that are prepared to offer a second rate modification.
The modification that some other (online only) retailers are offering may involve a crude resoldering of an internal USB slot with a USB key that voids the warranty.
The modification’s price is $349, however if purchased at the same time as a new Oppo BDP 103/105 AU we will do it for $299
