PMC’s Twenty5 series gets Ultimate Endorsement from What Hi-Fi
What Hi-Fi, one of the world’s most widely read and highly respected independent hi-fi magazines, has given PMC’s Twenty5 series the ultimate endorsement by installing them as their reference loudspeaker system at their home theatre test facilities in Bath, England.
What Hi-Fi’s new reference system includes three pairs(!) of PMC Twenty5.23s (used for front, surround, and surround-back channels), a Twenty5.C centre speaker, and a pair of Twenty5.sub subwoofers. You can find images of the reference system here.
As for why they’ve chosen PMC’s Twenty5 series, What Hi-Fi have the following to say:
“These latest PMCs continue the brand’s tradition for rhythmic intelligence, remaining composed with anything we throw at them… Usually it would take a great deal of deliberation before parting with a budget of more than ten grand, but we’re struggling to imagine another such purchase we’d make so promptly.”
You can read What Hi-Fi’s five star review of the PMC Twenty5 series here.
